Class Descriptions
​

Yoga Basics - A great class for beginners and experienced yogis. Using breath work and moving at a slightly slower pace, we work on building a strong, safe foundation of the poses, while strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. In these classes we explore different ways to practice yoga using our different props, we have fun and no two classes are alike. Again, a great place to start your yoga journey.
Gentle Yoga - A calming, relaxing and gentle stretching class. Class can be for beginners or advanced.

Chair Yoga - postures are done seated on a chair or standing behind it using it for support, or to get deeper into a stretch. We also use light weights.
Mindful Movement - A class that includes stretching and strengthening poses along with breathing exercises. Mindful movement is an effective way to reduce stress and it’s physical consequences, improves balance , coordination , can lower blood pressure and improve your mood. A great class for EVERYONE , any age, ability level or, stage in life!

Fitness Class - A full body workout, using light weights, exercise balls, bands and sliders. No two classes are the same! Little cardio, with lots of toning and strengthening.

Fitness Fusion - this class is a combination of cardio, resistance and toning. We use the balls, barre, bands and light weights.
