What You Need To Know
* Wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to practice in bare feet or in socks.
* Bring a yoga mat and water, some yogis like to bring a small towel.
* First class please arrive a few minutes early.
* First class you will be asked to sign a waiver.
* Please silence cell phones.
* Payment is appreciated at the beginning of class by cash or personal check.
* If you arrive late to class, please be mindful and quietly join in.
